Service Recovery (manage irregularities)

*       The recovery process is configurable by the ground handler and provides the operations staff with detailed check list instructions on how to recover from the failure

*       Customers are automatically notified of problem shipments via the service recovery system and receive regular real-time updates until the issue is successfully resolved
