Integrated Service Recovery system to manage all handling errors or
other problem shipments and enable dedicated teams to quickly identify
and resolve issues
The recovery process is configurable by the ground handler and provides
the operations staff with detailed check list instructions on how to
recover from the failure
Customers are automatically notified of problem shipments via the
service recovery system and receive regular real-time updates until the
issue is successfully resolved
Initial damage reports are completed in the warehouse on mobile PCs when
cargo containers are broken down, producing automatic reports to the
airline, freight agent and service recovery and claims teams
