Meet the team
Yuval Baruch
Yuval has joint responsibilities as CEO of Hermes and President of the Applications Division of Magic Software Enterprises. Life before Hermes was as CEO & Active Chairman with a history in the information technology and services industry with a Master’s degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Marcus Campbell
As CTO, Marcus brings over 20 years of technology leadership with dispersed cross-functional teams, R&D, technology strategy, software engineering, product development and delivery within enterprise digital transformation programmes across many disciplines worldwide.
Caroline Ireland
Responsible for the UK office and finances, Caroline joined Hermes in 2006 to help build the Operations team. She brings extensive and varied experience across businesses and countries, including publishing, telecoms, coaching & management in the equestrian world.
Sharon Daniel
Sharon has been part of Hermes’ development team since its first day. He has been an influential contributor on many processes and design of the software. Sharon has more than 25 years in software development, web development and databases.
Helen Arrowsmith
Roles in business operations and project management in the IT sector, and 13 years at Cisco managing diverse projects, events, and product launches, enabled Helen to quickly become a key member of the management team whilst learning the industry and building her team.
Helen joined Hermes as Senior Project Manager in June 2022.
Max Kaluza
Max comes from a pure full-stack development background. With a keen eye on core digital and Cloud architectural principle, he leads the digital transformation’s development and architecture. Max keeps abreast of new technological trends and development patterns, to ensure Hermes’ technical relevance in an ever-changing world.
Georgie McCrae
Georgie joined Hermes in January 2021 having worked her way up through various project roles in the telecoms world. Working with the Project Team, she plays a key part in upgrades and implementation projects and any new proposals. She has a thorough understanding of the complexities of the industry.
Alex Westerman
Alex joined Hermes in 2019 having worked at British Airways as a Cargo Agent and latterly a System Expert for the new Warehouse Management System. He was involved with User Acceptance Testing, creating, and delivering training, go-live support and first line post-implementation support. Alex is responsible for the Accounts Domain where his experience is invaluable.
Abhijeet Misra
Based in the New Delhi office, Abhijeet brings 17 years’ experience in the IT service industry to Hermes, having spent previous years working at Orange. Working with the Product and Technical Teams, Abhijeet builds and structures Hermes’ support to customers.
Sachin Gokhale
With over 20 years’ experience in a variety of roles in the software lifecycle management, such as Project Planning, CMM level auditing, and Quality Control management, Sachin joined Hermes in 2017 having previously worked in Telecoms for British Telecom, AT&T, and Century Link.
